James 2:19
"You say you have faith, for you believe that there is one God. Good for you! Even the demons believe this, and they tremble in terror."
Our Mission:
Matthew 28:19
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"
The DTG Story
DTG (Demon Tremble Gang) 219 was founded in 2023 by Christian artist DTG Rich after his release from a 10½-year prison sentence.
Why the name?
Raised in hip-hop culture, Rich eventually realized the same influence that inspired him also helped lead him to prison. While incarcerated, he gave his life to Jesus Christ, and everything changed. He began to see that music isn’t neutral; it shapes lives, for better or worse.
After encountering “Dear Hip-Hop” by Bizzle, he made a decision: he wouldn’t be influenced by the culture anymore—he would become the influence.
His mission is simple: lead people to put Jesus Christ as Lord over their lives.
The name Demon Tremble Gang comes from James 2:19, demons believe in God… and tremble. That truth exposes this: belief alone isn’t enough, and the darkness influencing people already knows who Jesus is.
So we stand bold, unashamed, and uncompromising, fighting not people, but the darkness.
DTG is more than a name. It’s a testimony. A movement.
If demons believe and tremble… why don’t you?
Reaching
the lost,
the hurt,
the angry,
the bitter,
the violent
We pray and believe with the power of God the Father, His son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, that we will be able to touch the lives of people far from God. Not only reach these people but be able to minister to, serve and share the gospel with.
Listening to music is something that dates back to the beginning of time and is spread all across the earth. The power of music is undeniable.
Rap music today, more often than not, is promoting violence, death and destruction. Our goal is use that same type of music to reach people who are often overlooked, unheard, and misunderstood. We can do this by changing the message within the genre itself. From helplessness to hope, from loathing to love, from death to life.
